Hi I'm Charlie (Sharlene) and I am a Wedding, Newborn, Family and Events portrait photographer. This is my Photography Blog and is my place to share my passion. I like to capture moments as they happen, with a candid style involving minimal posing. Relaxed , candid portraits with plenty of fun and laughter. I live and photograph in Newcastle but also travel up the Hunter Valley, Central coast, Sydney and beyond My main inspiration is my family and friends and the environment in which I live.
As we count down the hours left of 2009, I took the oportunity to look back through the photos I have taken. I have dwindled them down to just a few, and these are just a small sampling of my favs for this year. I’d also like to say thankyou to all my clients, friends and followers for providing me with such wonderful inspiration. I look forward to an even bigger and busier 2010! Happy New Year!!

It’s very hot here again, yesterday afternoon we got out under the sprinkler in the shade and of course I took some pics of my little one and today we did some painting on the verandah before it got too hot.
