Hi I'm Charlie (Sharlene) and I am a Wedding, Newborn, Family and Events portrait photographer. This is my Photography Blog and is my place to share my passion. I like to capture moments as they happen, with a candid style involving minimal posing. Relaxed , candid portraits with plenty of fun and laughter. I live and photograph in Newcastle but also travel up the Hunter Valley, Central coast, Sydney and beyond My main inspiration is my family and friends and the environment in which I live.
With heavy downpours the night before, I didn’t think this shoot would go ahead!But luckily with a little of natures luck it did and I am so glad it did.Amanda, Kyle ,Amelia and Eamon are a young, fun family and I think this really shows in the photos I captured today.Here are a few sneaks from this gorgeous family. Ahhh, I’ve had one of those days..actually I have plenty of those days where my “sweet” 3 yearold loves to push push the boundaries! Then with one click of the camera, all those negative feelings go melting away! Why is it that taking a picture can totally change your feelings..mostly for the better?Anyhow, I’ve been plugging away at my 365 project and today my youngest was a little more compliant than usual..lol.Here are a couple of my favourite pics from today…
